OpenID Federation

The test client publishes an entity configuration for each of its Relying Parties, and discovers OpenID Providers by listing the subordinates of the configured trust anchors. A discovered provider is configured by resolving its trust chain and applying the metadata policies of the chain. This is done automatically and repeatedly - a provider that has once been configured is kept, also if a later check fails to find, or resolve, it.
